Job summary

Concentra is hiring an experienced Athletic Trainer-Onsite (AT-O) for a PRN onsite position at our client’s site in Methuen, MA. The role supports an Occupational Medicine program with coverage Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The AT-O delivers high-quality care, coordinates workers’ compensation, manages injuries and return-to-work processes, and collaborates with the client’s Health and Safety Leader to promote a safe workforce.

Qualifications

• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Major: degree must be from an accredited college or university.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certifications required or equivalent.
• Experience in occupational health or onsite clinics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and on-site care per physician standing orders.
• Identify and refer work-related injuries to clinicians for optimal care.
• Coordinate Workers' Compensation cases and RTW processes.
• Develop injury prevention programs and ergonomic training.
• Maintain patient care records and prepare monthly rehab reports.
