Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior HR internship or recruitment coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate pre-screening phone calls with candidates.
• Recruit prospects for our existing pipeline of business.
• Help to build a strong pipeline of Tier 1 talent.
• Track, organize, and update new and existing candidates.
• Organize and prepare candidates for 1st round interviews.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing or new clients.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment from candidate identification to offer and placement.
