Responsibilities

• Work closely with Lead Superintendent in day-to-day project management.
• Assist in administration of safety program, meetings, and daily monitoring.
• Communicate clear safety expectations to project teams to aim for zero incidents.
• Distribute construction documents to subcontractors (plans, specs, RFIs, bulletins).
• Verify subcontractor layout for line, grade, and openings.
• Administer Quality Management Program and document deficiencies.
• Monitor on-site progress for conformance with contract documents.
• Document daily activities with reports, photos, sketches, and tools.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly work plans and schedules.
• Attend meetings with customers and clients to provide updates.
• Maintain permits, testing, and inspections for the area.
