Summary/Objective:
The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for the supervision of the actual physical construction of the project in strict accordance with the contract documents and Callahan’s procedures. The Assistant Superintendent work closely as a team with the Lead Superintendent to direct the day-to-day work of Callahan field staff and the subcontractors and displays the ability to lead in compressed or accelerated contract schedules while maintaining fiscal responsibility, quality assurance, quality control and morale of the project team.
