RMS Construction LLC in Hartford, CT is seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent to help manage a single site on our project. You will oversee laborers and subcontractors to ensure timely, quality work, report to the Construction Superintendent, and assist on other projects as needed.

The role involves coordinating with vendors and inspectors, executing site work when required, and supporting project managers to ensure smooth operations on site.

Formación

• Familiarity with construction processes and industry standards.
• OSHA or other safety training certifications preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing day-to-day field operations on construction sites.
• Oversee subcontractors and laborers to ensure quality and scope of work.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, subcontractors, inspectors and third parties.
• Support the Construction Superintendent.
• Execute on-site construction work when required.
• Aid in other projects as directed by the Construction Superintendent.
• Support Construction Project Managers or Senior Construction Project Managers.
