Job summary

Vesta Realty is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and contracted services at an on-site multifamily property in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on maximizing NOI, maintaining occupancy, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with leases and company policies.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage vendor relationships, and implement resident retention programs while coordinating marketing efforts to drive occupancy and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous Property Manager experience required.
• Certifications: CAM, CAPS, CALP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize NOI while maintaining high occupancy and operating within budget.
• Hire, train, and manage staff; schedule workloads and vacations.
• Oversee resident relations, move-ins/outs, and lease approvals.
• Develop and implement marketing and public relations strategies to boost occupancy.
• Conduct property inspections and address issues promptly.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports and assist in budgeting.
