Mutual Housing Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support three properties in the Sacramento area, including Glen Ellen, Greenway, and Lemon Hill. Responsibilities include resident relations, rent processing, budgeting support, and compliance with affordable housing regulations.

The role requires collaboration in a mission-driven, community-focused environment with opportunities for leadership and cross-site coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; relevant coursework or certifications preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Experience in affordable housing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the Property Manager with daily operations and resident relations.
• Collect rents, process receivables, and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Help prepare annual budgets and monitor operating performance.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, unit turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate resident files, compliance documentation, and Yardi data.
• Assist with applicant intake, waitlist management, marketing, and occupancy goals.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing, ADA, Section 504, and affordable housing regulations.
• Travel between sites as needed.
