Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual lifestyle and recreation calendar.
• Plan signature events, programs, wellness activities, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate all aspects of community events including planning, budgeting, vendors, and sponsorships.
• Manage newsletters, website content, social media, and promotional materials.
• Oversee daily operations of the amenity center and facilities.
• Support resident clubs, committees, and volunteer programs; recruit volunteers.
• Develop and administer the annual lifestyle budget; report to management.
