Job summary

Classifieds24.org is seeking an Assistant Field Representative for an active job site in New York. You will read drawings, understand specifications, and report daily to the project manager with clear, accurate updates and safety-conscious conduct.

The role requires reliable transportation and strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with client representatives. Hours are 6 am to 2:30 pm on site, with work involving an union labor force.

Qualifications

• Be able to read drawings and understand specifications.
• DOB SST Card (Knowledge of Safety, OSHA, SSA regulations) as plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solver under the direction of the project manager.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate daily field reports including pre-shift meeting reports.
• Follow direction from Project Manager.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with client representatives on a daily basis under the direction of the project manager.
• Follow established protocols, compliance standards, and safety procedures.
• Work location is an active job site, daily from 6 am to 2:30 pm.
• Work with an Union labor force.
