Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical field degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• On-site daily work in Hobart, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team work, schedule staff, assign tasks and ensure workflow.
• Direct employees to meet quality and on-time delivery; address issues.
• Communicate end-of-shift updates to managers.
• Collaborate with production to clarify responsibilities and tasks.
• Lead 6S improvements to reach 90 points.
• Provide technical guidance and consult with resources as needed.
• Maintain schedules and backlogs with management.
