Job summary

ABB is seeking a production role in New Berlin, WI, onsite, to lead an assembly line within the Motion High Power division. You will drive daily operations, ensure timely production, and manage resources to meet targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 2+ years of experience and demonstrated ability to coordinate with stakeholders. You will work in a collaborative, safety-focused environment that values continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 2+ years of experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Ensures that production scheduling and production plan meets volume requirements and defined inventory service levels.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of production orders.
• Identifies deficiencies in production area and oversees improvement actions.
• Manages resolution of critical components or equipment issues with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team within an Assembly Production unit or line to execute production processes.
• Transform parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensure continuous and efficient operation according to schedules, drawings, and quality and safety standards.
• Organize and allocate resources to meet line production targets effectively.
• Address production issues with relevant internal teams to minimize downtime.
