Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking an Onsite Quality Assurance Engineer with ASPICE in Columbus, IN. This contract role requires extensive embedded automotive software experience and deep ASPICE expertise.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to implement process assets, drive compliance, and lead ASPICE Level 2 initiatives. You will engage with HW, software, and safety teams to ensure alignment with industry standards (ASPICE, ISO26262, MISRA) and communicate progress to management.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing ASPICE processes at an organization level.
• Experience driving ASPICE compliance and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of ASPICE, ISO26262, MISRA and related standards.
• Excellent communication with technical, business and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update process assets (templates, checklists, procedures).
• Drive process compliance across development teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain software processes and standards.
• Assess process landscape and suggest improvements across platforms.
• Monitor processes and implement corrective actions based on findings.
• Provide regular management reporting on ASPICE assessments and risks.
• Support planning for ASPICE Level 2 compliance roadmaps.
• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
