Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced ASPICE-focused professional for Embedded Automotive Software with 8+ years of hands-on development and validation expertise. You will lead process institutionalization, drive compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across on-site and offshore locations.

The role requires strong knowledge of C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, MISRA, AUTOSAR, and experience with ASPICE Level 2 programs.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of Embedded Automotive Software development and validation experience.
Certified Competent or Provisional ASPICE Assessor.
Strong knowledge of software process models (CMMI, ISO26262, ISO21434, TS16949).
Experience in establishing ASPICE processes at organization level.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with development teams to define and maintain processes and process assets.
Maintain up-to-date process assets with latest industry standards.
Drive process compliance and ensure teams adhere to internal standards.
Lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain software processes and standards.
Monitor processes and drive improvements based on findings.
Provide constant reporting to management on results and risks.
