The role provides front-line leadership and technical support to production associates while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory adherence. The Production Lead coordinates production activities, drives efficiency, supports continuous improvement, and maintains compliance with current Good

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aseptic processing, sterile manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device production; working knowledge of cGMPs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using production metrics to support operational improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, overtime, and off-shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Provide training, coaching, and day-to-day support to manufacturing associates.
• Support aseptic manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and quality requirements.
• Monitor production performance, analyze data, and drive process improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, investigations, deviation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and development of production personnel while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
