Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations in Irvine's aseptic environment. The role provides frontline leadership to production associates while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Production Supervisors, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to meet production goals and uphold patient safety. Strong aseptic manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aseptic processing, sterile manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device production.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using production metrics to support operational improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Provide training, coaching, and day-to-day support to manufacturing associates.
• Support aseptic manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and quality requirements.
• Monitor production performance, analyze data, and drive process improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, investigations, deviation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and development of production personnel while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
