This role provides front-line leadership and ensures compliance with cGMPs, quality, and safety while coordinating production activities. You will train and coach associates, analyze production data, drive improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams. Flexibility for shift schedules and a focus on patient safety are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aseptic processing, sterile manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device production.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using production metrics to support operational improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Provide training, coaching, and day-to-day support to manufacturing associates.
• Support aseptic manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and quality requirements.
• Monitor production performance, analyze data, and drive process improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, investigations, deviation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and development of production personnel while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
