Job summary

You will partner with Supervisors, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to coordinate daily production, provide coaching, and ensure GMP compliance. The role requires 2+ years of regulated manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aseptic processing or sterile manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Provide training, coaching, and day-to-day support to manufacturing associates.
• Support aseptic manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and quality requirements.
• Monitor production performance, analyze data, and drive process improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, investigations, deviation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and development of production personnel while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
