Job summary

XLA is seeking an E2 Helpdesk / Travel Analyst to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This onsite role is Monday–Friday and focuses on assisting travelers and program staff with E2 travel needs.

You will handle user setup, trip assistance, voucher monitoring, and UFMS troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with travel policies. A high school diploma and two years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires two years of experience. Experience in data entry and preparing reports is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with traveler support, including setting up user profiles and trip assistance.
• Monitor trips and vouchers and troubleshoot UFMS related errors.
• Draft correspondence and policy memos for DEA employees.
• Provide limited administrative, legal, and technical support as needed.
