Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process financial and accounting reports, deliverables, accounts payable, cost accruals, and disbursements.
• Analyze records for accuracy and completeness to ensure data integrity.
• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in records and data.
• Assist in scheduling and preparation of program activities.
• Maintain spreadsheets of obligations, accounts payable, and disbursements.
• Attend meetings, working groups, and briefings.
• Conduct office support functions including calendar management and data entry.
• Configure data in Excel for movable property, vehicles, and supplies.
• Create and file both hard and soft copy office documents.
• Develop spreadsheets, tracking tools, and reports using Microsoft Office.
• Manage data of movable property and supplies.
• Track preparation and delivery status of financial deliverables.
• Perform customer service with stakeholders.
• Perform other related administrative duties.
