Job summary

Teracore is seeking an on-site Travel Management and System Support professional in Washington, DC. The role administers travel authorizations and enforces compliance with travel policies, processes vouchers, and verifies expenses under government travel regulations.

The position requires US citizenship for security clearance, a high school diploma (BS/BA preferred), and at least 3 years in financial operations with knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation; ETS2 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with ETS2 and the associated travel and expense systems

Responsibilities

• Administers travel authorizations and enforces compliance with travel policies throughout the process.
• Examines and processes travel vouchers, verifies travel expenses for accuracy and allowability under government travel regulations.
• Calculates appropriate reimbursement for lodging, meals, transportation and incidental expenses.
• Educates staff on travel policies and procedures to facilitate proper compliance and documentation.
