Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking an experienced land acquisition professional to drive site selection and development in the Dublin, Ohio area. You will build networks with developers, brokers, and landowners, and lead due diligence and feasibility packages for acquisitions.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, Excel proficiency, and clear communication. Onsite work five days a week is required at assigned jobsites in Dublin, OH.

Qualifications

• Requires University degree or equivalent experience and 2–4 years prior relevant experience.
• Advanced analytic and Excel skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, planning, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify land suitable for acquisition and development via market research.
• Develop a network of local developers, builders, brokers, and land owners.
• Track growth corridors and land-use regulations with municipalities.
• Determine land values through market research and financial analysis.
• Negotiate price and terms with land sellers; coordinate with internal attorneys.
• Coordinate land entitlement and planning activities with the Development team.
• Coordinate due diligence for land under contract.
• Lead preparation of acquisition feasibility packages including financial analysis, product pricing, competitive market research, fee compilation, and creation of site maps.
• Review and monitor purchase agreements for contract compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
