The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to work onsite five days a week in Dublin and surrounding areas.

Responsabilidades

• Identify land suitable for acquisition and development through market research.
• Develop a network of local developers, builders, brokers, and land owners.
• Track growth corridors and land-use regulations.
• Determine land values in the market via research and financial analysis.
• Negotiate price and terms with land sellers; assist with purchase agreements.
• Coordinate land entitlement and planning with the Development team.
• Oversee due diligence for contracted land; prepare acquisition feasibility packages.
• Review purchase agreements for contract-term compliance.
