Job summary

Acoufelt in Auburn Hills, MI, is hiring a Project Manager to oversee architectural product projects from Closed Won to final delivery. You will be the primary client contact, ensure on-time completion, stay within budget, and advocate for the project across internal teams.

This onsite role requires 3–5 years of project management experience in architecture or construction, PMP preferred, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM and PM tools to drive successful outcomes and client

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing multiple projects valued $25K–$1M in architecture or construction.
• Field/site experience and understanding of onsite project dynamics.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient with project management tools, CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Acoufelt and clients for assigned projects.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from Closed Won to completion within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with Finance, Design, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics.
• Provide client support during installation and post-installation to secure final payment.
• Manage scope and change orders to protect profitability.
