Job summary

Acoufelt LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee architectural product projects in the commercial sector. You will be the primary client contact from Closed Won to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and profitability.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Design, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics to meet milestones and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing complex projects valued at over $3 million in architectural or construction settings.
• Strong communication skills with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools, CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client liaison from project kickoff to final delivery.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from Closed Won through to completion within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate across Finance, Project Design, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics to meet deadlines.
• Provide ongoing client support during installation and post-installation phases.
• Manage project scope and change orders to protect profitability and timelines.
• Deliver timely project updates and flag risks to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure timely approvals and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Oversee installation coordination where applicable and support marketing materials.
