Qualifications

• Ability to review detailed information and identify inconsistencies or missing documentation.

• Ability to work independently while recognizing when additional guidance or escalation is required.
• Ability to understand and act on brief instructions
• Must qualify to receive a Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply procedures and regulations for examining and processing claims and vouchers.
• Examine requests for payment for accuracy, documentation, and compliance.
• Reconcile and contact submitting unit if discrepancies are found or package is incomplete.
• Provide customer support via e-mail, telephone, and Teams.
• Maintain compliance with financial policy requirements and accounting systems.
• Verify paperwork against authorizing documents and records.
• Enter voucher data into GFMS and RFMS; support related systems.
