Qualifications

• 1+ years in accounts payable or similar role.
• Proficient data entry and 10-key typing.
• Strong understanding of accounting/payables principles.
• Excellent math and numerical accuracy.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and record transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Manage full accounts payable cycle: match, batch, code invoices.
• Handle data entry and maintain financial records.
• Answer inquiries related to accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Maintain vendor relationships.
• Participate in team meetings and process improvements.
• Use Spanish to communicate with clients or vendors.
