Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform various accounting duties as needed; assist with the completion of special projects. Keep position procedure documentation up to date.
• Prepare and run various weekly and monthly reports; sort and distribute for use as necessary.
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices, including vendor statements, and other accounting documents or records. Enters data into financial system.
• Communicate with vendors and internal associates to answer questions and resolve issues, including reconciliation and auditing of company records.
• Investigate and analyze discrepancies and recommend issue resolution. Escalates as needed.
• Processing and reviewing payments/journals of various value per the Purchase Order Policy.
• Ability to use department specific processes and systems. Understand system integrations and monitor for accurate completion.
• Assist with departmental projects as assigned. Expected to cross-train in multiple department positions.
