• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for approval by the Accounting Manager
• Prepare internal and external reporting to support business owners
• Assist with system implementations and testing
• Prepare analyses for Management and external auditors
• Communicate with vendors and internal associates to resolve issues
• Investigate discrepancies and recommend resolutions
• Prepare and run daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Cross-train in multiple department positions
• Develop internal/external reporting as needed
