Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science field preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience with Associates/HS diploma acceptable.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, MS).
• Eagerness to learn and keep pace with new technologies.
• Effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Personal integrity and commitment to quality.
• Time management and prioritization of service requests.
• Advanced troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
• 3-5 YOE

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair analytical lab instruments (HPLC, GC, MS).
• Troubleshoot performance issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups and external suppliers to expedite service.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and system configurations.
• Review technical documentation and document activities in CMMS.
• Train peer technicians on equipment use, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
