Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BSc/MCP/A+ or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a site-based customer service environment preferred.
• Demonstrated focus on customer service and ability to work on-site at JFK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operation of airport IT systems and equipment.
• Provide proactive maintenance and reactive troubleshooting to ensure system availability.
