Job summary

Baroody Camps, Inc. is seeking an Onsite After School Program Coordinator for Northern Virginia. The role involves managing and teaching within school-based enrichment programs, coordinating instructors, and ensuring smooth operation of the daily activities during after-school sessions.

The position is part-time, with 2-hour daily shifts (approximately 2–6pm), across multiple locations in Arlington, Falls Church, McLean, Fairfax and Alexandria. CPR/First Aid and MAT training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for working in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Some computer skills and ability to use attendance/app tracking.

Responsibilities

• Be present at school for the entirety of programs (approx. 2 hours).
• Ensure all instructors arrive on time.
• Distribute and collect rosters, attendance sheets and applicable instructions.
• Oversee arrival of students, attendance, snacks, classes and dismissal.
• Ensure all students are safe and accounted for.
• Assist program staff with disruptive students.
• Complete timely attendance, daily notes and incident documentation.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, instructors and Baroody Camps staff.
