Job summary

Baroody Camps, Inc. is recruiting an Onsite After School Program Coordinator for the Fall 2026 session in Northern VA. The role involves managing the entire program, including instructors and students, with approximately 2-hour shifts per day, totaling about 10 hours per week.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with programs typically running 2 hours during late afternoons (2–6pm). Multiple locations in Arlington, Falls Church, McLean, Fairfax and Alexandria are available.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Some computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Be present at school for the entirety of programs (approx. 2 hours).
• Ensure all instructors arrive on time.
• Distribute and collect rosters, attendance sheets and any applicable instructions.
• Oversee arrival of students, attendance, snacks, classes and dismissal of students.
• Ensure all students are safe and accounted for.
• Assist program staff with disruptive students.
• Complete timely records of attendance, notes and behavior/injury documentation.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, instructors and Baroody Camps staff.
