Job summary

Baroody Camps, Inc. is seeking an Onsite After School Program Coordinator to manage our Northern Virginia after-school program, coordinating instructors, students, and activities during the 2-hour shifts.

This part-time role requires reliable transportation, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to supervise children; training including CPR/First Aid is provided, with multiple locations across Arlington, Falls Church, McLean, Fairfax, and Alexandria.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Some computer skills and ability to use attendance apps.

Responsibilities

• Be present at school for the entirety of programs (approx. 2 hours).
• Ensure instructors arrive on time and rosters are managed.
• Oversee arrival, attendance, snacks, classes and dismissal of students.
• Ensure student safety and accountability throughout the program.
• Assist staff with disruptive students and document incidents.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, instructors and Baroody Camps staff.
