Job summary

Level 10 Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Mobile, AL for an onsite role with a pay range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour plus a $100 bonus for each new signed lease and $50 for each renewal. The role requires guiding prospective tenants through leasing steps, conducting tours, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records while coordinating with property

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Conduct thorough property tours highlighting key features and benefits of available units, with an emphasis on affordable housing options.
• Assist applicants in completing leasing paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations and policies.
• Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and application statuses using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs and support community engagement initiatives.
