Job summary

The Marvin Group, based in Southern California near LAX, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead development programs for aerospace and defense systems. You will coordinate design engineering, manufacturing, and QA and drive cross-functional teams to deliver complex electromechanical systems.

Ideal candidates will hold a Mechanical or Aerospace degree with 7+ years of development-project experience, familiarity with AS9100, MIL-STD, and scheduling tools like Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSME/BSAE (or equivalent) and 5+ years in design of components or systems
• Experience managing development projects in aerospace/defense
• Strong knowledge of program planning and Microsoft Project
• Ability to read and interpret MIL-STD documents
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Proof of Education is required
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between design engineering, manufacturing, QA and customer program management.
• Create and maintain AS9100 program plans and compliance evidence for the R&D group.
• Support development of technical and cost inputs for responses to customer inquiries and proposals.
