Job summary

The Marvin Group, a leading defense contractor based in Southern California near LAX, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer with 7+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing. You will translate customer requirements into manufacturable plans, develop BOMs, and work with assembly and machining teams to improve processes, quality, and cost efficiency.

Role requires a decisive problem-solver with strong technical writing skills and experience with CATIA/Creo CAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• FSDA and machining/fabrication experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and product lines.
• Help optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality through improved processes and tooling.
• Ensure products are built to specifications and engineering documents.
