Job summary

The Marvin Group, based in Southern California near the Los Angeles International Airport, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to support aerospace system development and documentation. Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering required.
Experience in aerospace manufacturing and mechanisms preferred.
Knowledge of ASME Y14.100/Y14.5 standards and GD&T is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead research of technical, operational, and quality issues unresolved by the customer.
Resolve product/process issues across the product lifecycle.
Direct cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and disposition of complex design non-conformances.
Create detailed CATIA drawings and solid models; perform design reviews and documentation updates.
Provide engineering support for production and proposals; mentor junior engineers.
