Pratt & Whitney Lansing, MI, onsite, is seeking an 1st Shift Operations Supervisor (M3) to supervise multiple production cells in the Aftermarket business. You will lead, coach, and empower the team to optimize production processes using problem-solving techniques and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, Military, Business Management, Manufacturing, Aerospace or Aftermarket industries; OR 5+ years with a Bachelor's; OR 7+ years with an Associate; OR 9+ years with a High School/Military/Technical Training.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned hourly workforce performing FAA Safety Sensitive Work.
• Demonstrate commitment to EH&S program and complete required training.
• Meet business metrics goals (Cost, Quality, Delivery, EH&S).
• Lead process improvement opportunities to enhance quality and reduce cycle time.
• Implement root-cause corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Meet schedules and execute contingency plans.
• Train and coach employees to develop a motivated team.
• Facilitate shift-to-shift communications and daily pass downs.
