Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of operations employees on first shift to drive high performance and engagement.
• Coordinate daily production operations, monitor workflow, and allocate resources to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track KPIs and analyze performance; implement corrective actions to meet goals.
