Job summary

RTX in Jacksonville is seeking a Depot Material Analyst for the F135 program. You will ensure timely availability of required parts for assembly, manage material flow, prevent work stoppages, and optimize turnaround times on the shop floor.

The role requires level of coordination with Gate 1-3 processes, source parts from stock, and release engine build kits while monitoring SAP for late part requirements. On-site location in Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree plus 5+ years in supply chain, logistics and/or materials management.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years in relevant areas.
• In lieu of degree, 9 years in supply chain, logistics and/or materials management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are kitted and ready by scheduled dates.
• Manage on-time kitting and prevent work stops; minimize turnaround time.
• Coordinate material orders, delivery and tracking on the shop floor.
• Support Gate 1-3 processes by shipping external parts and storing serviceable parts.
• Source parts from stock and track external repair parts.
• Release engine build kits to production controllers; monitor SAP for late parts.
• Use SAP daily to track serviceable parts and reconcile orders.
• Participate in material review meetings and update status reports.
• Monitor inventory against targets and drive continuous improvement.
