Job summary

RTX’s Jacksonville-based F135 program is seeking a Depot Material Analyst to ensure timely availability of parts for assembly. You will manage material flow, prevent work stops, and optimize turnaround times for late Gate call-ups.

Responsibilities include kitting readiness, on-time material orders, SAP tracking, and coordinating shipments on the shop floor. U.S. citizenship is required for access to government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in supply chain, logistics or materials management.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years in supply chain, logistics or materials management.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all required parts are kitted and ready for assembly by scheduled dates.
• Manage on-time kitting, material work stops prevention, and turnaround time minimization.
• Coordinate material orders, delivery, and tracking on the shop floor.
• Support Gate 1–3 processes by facilitating shipment of external repair parts and review of scrap parts.
• Source parts from stock and track external repair parts.
• Release completed engine build kits to production controllers and monitor SAP for late part requirements.
• Use SAP daily to track serviceable parts, process orders, reconcile kits, and perform production order reconciliation.
• Participate in material review meetings and monitor inventory levels against targets.
