Job summary

PPG is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support ASC Aerospace customers on site at the Grand Prairie, Texas facility. The role emphasizes accurate order fulfillment, responsive service, and cross-functional collaboration across procurement, logistics, and engineering to resolve supply issues.

You will gain hands-on experience with aviation logistics, inventory management, and contract administration while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a corporate customer service or customer support role.
• Understanding of aerospace financial processes, or related manufacturing environments.
• Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and manage orders from customers
• Respond to inquiries from customers regarding availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Input order details into ERP management systems; generate reports for inventory status, order history, and delivery performance
• Assist in identifying parts using technical manuals, schematics, and OEM data; update part records as needed
• Work with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolution of supply issues
• Follow aerospace industry safety, quality, and regulatory standards for maintaining documentation
