Job summary

PPG is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support ASC Aerospace customers on site at the Grand Prairie, Texas facility. The role emphasizes accurate order fulfillment, responsive service, and cross-functional collaboration across procurement, logistics, and engineering to resolve supply issues.

You will gain hands-on experience with aviation logistics, inventory management, and contract administration while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a corporate customer service or customer support role.
• Understanding of aerospace financial processes, or related manufacturing environments.
• Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.

Job description

As a Customer Service Representative at PPG, you will play a vital role in supporting our ASC Aerospace customers by delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. In this role, you will respond to urgent customer needs, manage account and order information, and collaborate cross-functionally to provide efficient solutions. You\'ll gain hands-on experience in aviation logistics, inventory management, contract administration, and customer support while contributing to the seamless operation within the aerospace supply chain.

This is an onsite position located at our Grand Prairie, Texas site.
