Excellent CRM/ERP communication and relationship-management abilities.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, engineering and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the site's primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations.
Oversee backlog review, order entry, and customer scorecard management.
Support contract closeout and post-sales follow-up activities.
Coordinate pricing changes and monitor delivery metrics to drive improvements.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer service team.
