Job summary

As part of the Site General Manager leadership team, you will drive issue resolution, monitor customer satisfaction, and coach a high-performing team while upholding export compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in manufacturing or aerospace
• Strong interpersonal and service recovery skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site's primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations
• Oversee backlog review, order entry, and customer scorecard management
• Support contract closeout and post-sales follow-up
• Ensure timely, professional updates and issue resolution with commercial leadership
• Monitor customer satisfaction and lead site visits and audits
• Ensure compliance with export controls and contract terms
