Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of satisfactory clerical experience.
• Ability to commute for in-person work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with pre-registration, registration and check-in.
• Capture accurate demographic and financial information.
• Greet callers and direct requests to appropriate departments.
• Explain and obtain consent forms and HIPAA notices when needed.
• Operate in-person, electronic, or telephone contact for admissions.
• Provide clerical support and answer phones as required.
• Coordinate with departments for patient transportation when needed.
