Wellness Resource Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an On-site Intake Specialist to manage the intake process and coordinate admissions with the clinical team. You will greet clients, conduct initial assessments, and orient them to the facility.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, high school education, and 1–2 years of healthcare experience. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a patient care environment in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to use required computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client/family of potential admissions and address questions or concerns.
• Coordinate facility tours with clients and families who are potential admissions.
• Interface with remote admissions and on-site clinical teams for approvals and scheduling.
• Establish rapport with clients to ensure they feel welcomed on arrival.
• Assist with intake process, including bed placement and prohibited-item searches.
• Orient clients to the facility and milieu and set up treatment schedules as needed.
• Ensure timely completion and maintenance of intake paperwork.
• Discuss financial responsibilities and process payments as applicable.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Wellness Resource Center standards.
