Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process weekly employee timecards and verify per diem/meal reimbursements and hours.
• Book travel arrangements and assist with scheduling training.
• Support pre-construction efforts and document site construction activities.
• Maintain project documents, site plans, and related engineering documentation.
• Upload documents into project management systems like Procore.
• Track hours, manpower, and LMS training; assist HR with drug screens as needed.
• Attend POD/EOD meetings and communicate progress to Site Leads.
