Qualifications

• 0-2 years of accounting, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or administrative experience.
• Basic to intermediate spreadsheet skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn accounting processes and procedures.
• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City; no remote or hybrid opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts receivable processes including invoicing and payment application.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices.
• Apply customer payments and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Maintain billing records, liens, and supporting documentation.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support month-end accounting activities and reconciliations.
• Ensure customer accounts are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and file pre-lien notices and related documentation.
