Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking an Accounts Payables Specialist to support vendor and installer payables, ensuring timely, accurate processing per policy. Responsibilities include invoice processing, vendor maintenance, PO matching, employee expenses, and month-end close assistance.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to handle high volumes, and effective communication with vendors and internal teams. Location is onsite at our corporate office with regular business hours.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, able to handle high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Code invoices to legal entity, location, and GL accounts; enter in the system.
• Identify and research discrepancies; escalate for approval when needed.
• Process vendor and installer payments and assist with month-end close.
• Maintain vendor records, tax documentation, and supporting files.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payments.
